1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Sadr application ("the App") or the sadr.app website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sadr is a mobile app for Quran memorization (Hifz) that combines:

• An adaptive spaced repetition system (SRS)
• A voice recitation feature with automatic analysis
• Tartīl mode with word-by-word tracking
• A personalized learning path

3. User Account

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities carried out under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must provide accurate information upon registration. One account per person is allowed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or contrary to Islamic ethics
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Scrape, copy or redistribute content without authorization
• Impersonate another person
• Disrupt the operation of the service
• Transfer your account to a third party

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Content

The source code, design, interfaces and features of Sadr are our exclusive property. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5.2 Quranic Text

The Quran text is used for educational and religious purposes. The Uthmani script is sourced from royalty-free academic sources.

5.3 Audio

Audio recitations come from EveryAyah.com and are subject to their own licensing terms. These recordings are used for non-commercial educational purposes.

6. Free Service and Donations

Sadr is currently available for free, without mandatory subscription and without advertising. Donations via our support page are voluntary and do not grant specific additional features.

We reserve the right to modify the business model in the future, with reasonable notice to existing users.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Occasional maintenance may be necessary. We are not responsible for service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sadr is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for:

• Data loss (although we strive to prevent it)
• Service interruptions
• Indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the service

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via sadr.app/delete-account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in violation of these terms, without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Important changes will be notified by email or in-app notification. By continuing to use the service after notification, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable law in the country of residence of the publisher. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
